General Information

Booking

All booking is online and contactless. If you are purchasing for more than one car, please make bookings separately and provide vehicle registration when ordering.

Pedestrian/Cyclist Access

We have a small number of places available for those without a car. Seats will be spaced 2m apart and we ask that you remain within your allocated space, except for use of the catering and toilet facilities.

Arriving

Please print or have your E Ticket ready on your phone. We will open 2 hours before your screening starts. Please do not arrive before this time.

You can enter the Trumpington Park and Ride site from either of the entrances on Hauxton Road. Follow the signs and the stewards instructions.

Sound

We are operating on a low-frequency (or localised) radio signal and will provide each passenger with a bespoke radio receiver and mini-jack lead when you arrive – please return these at the end of the show.

We do suggest that you bring your own headphones and/or portable speakers in order to give you a range of options for securing the best sound.

Switch radio to E1 for screen 1 and E2 for screen 2

Option 1: Plug in Mini-Jack (standard headphone socket) lead into your car stereo auxiliary input to use your car inbuilt speakers

Please note: If your radio needs the ignition switched on and running lights, we would advise using headphones or speakers. Otherwise, you may cause a distraction to those around you and could end the evening with a flat battery.

Option 2: If you have no auxiliary input then plug into your own external speakers or headphones – or borrow some from us.

Please arrive more than half an hour before your screening to ensure the best chance of us troubleshooting any possible sound issues.

Food & Drink

Local food vans and a coffee bar will be on site each night.

Please try to order your food through the providers website/app/ or by phone to avoid queuing.

In the event that there is queuing, please follow social distancing guidelines.

Evacuation

In the event of an emergency, the film will be stopped and an announcement made over the radio.

If you are asked to leave your car please follow the stewards instructions and walk away from the vehicle.

Leaving

Please drive slowly, do not overtake other vehicles.

Follow the Park and Ride exit signs via the main Hauxton Road junction.

Drop your radio and ‘track and trace’ form with us.

Please note there are residents around the car park perimeter. Avoid use of horns – however great the film has been!

In the event that we are forced to cancel a screening due to changing Covid-19 regulations, a full refund will be issued.
